At NEON American Clothing, every item is made-to-order just for you — this helps reduce waste and create unique pieces.

We cannot accept returns for change of mind.

If something is wrong:

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items are eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Email us at hello@neon-clothing.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos if possible.

Item condition for returns:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags and packaging included.


Delivery Information

  • Every NEON American Clothing piece is made-to-order, crafted just for you—a process that takes up to 5 business days before shipping.

    Shipping Times (Estimated Total Delivery):
    - USA: 12–17 business days (5 days production + 7–12 shipping)
    - Europe & Worldwide: 11–15 business days (5 days production + 6–10 shipping)

    All products are fulfilled through our production partners in the United States and Europe.

    Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and the service selected.
  • Local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
